1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between wa9999 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the wa9999 online gaming platform available at wa9999.vip and any related subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

2 Eligibility & Registration

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. wa9999 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration. To access real-money gaming services, you must create a wa9999 account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is entitled to maintain one (1) wa9999 account at any given time. wa9999 reserves the right to merge, close or freeze any duplicate accounts and to withhold balances held within duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3 Account Security

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify wa9999 immediately at support@wa9999.vip if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wa9999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to notify us promptly upon discovery of a breach.

3.3 Account Sharing. Your wa9999 account is personal to you. You must not permit any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been conducted by you personally and you will remain liable for all such activity.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. wa9999 reserves the right to temporarily lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. wa9999 will use reasonable efforts to notify the registered account holder via the email address on file when such a lock is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on wa9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by wa9999 at the platform level, though your payment provider's own terms may apply to transactions from accounts denominated in other currencies.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. wa9999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. wa9999 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your wa9999 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three banking business days to reflect, subject to your bank's processing times. wa9999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Once approved, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three banking business days. Withdrawal timeframes may be extended during periods of high platform volume or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your wa9999 account. wa9999 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time. Higher-volume transactions may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.

4.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. wa9999 applies a policy of returning withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement under the Company's international gaming licence conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. wa9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to a wa9999 account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. Conduct that wa9999 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, exploiting technical errors, pattern betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance automatically. wa9999 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.6 Right to Withdraw. wa9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has partially satisfied the associated wagering requirement, the player's proportionate position will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the wa9999 platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly provide otherwise for a specific game mechanic.

6.2 Fair Play & RNG Certification. All random-number-generator (RNG) based games on wa9999 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed game studios with regulated dealing procedures.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game round, wa9999 will use its best efforts to resolve the issue equitably. wa9999 reserves the right to void any game round that cannot be completed or verified due to a technical fault. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical issues outside wa9999's reasonable control.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on wa9999 and are displayed within each game or market. wa9999 reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits where it determines this to be appropriate for responsible gaming or integrity reasons.

6.5 Void Bets. wa9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where it is determined that the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's wa9999 account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wa9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game or betting market to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the wa9999 platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the wa9999 platform;
• Accessing wa9999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Sharing account access with any third party including family members;
• Engaging in any conduct that wa9999 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening or offensive toward staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the wa9999 platform including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, audio and visual material is the property of wa9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. wa9999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any wa9999 content.

8.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, scrape, frame, mirror or otherwise reproduce any part of the wa9999 platform without the Company's express prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranties. The wa9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa9999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error.

9.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa9999's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to wa9999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. wa9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

10.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, provide customer support and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. wa9999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your wa9999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

12.2 Termination by wa9999. wa9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: a player has breached these Terms; a player's identity, age or payment method cannot be verified; wa9999 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; or wa9999 determines in its reasonable judgement that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk.

12.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by wa9999 due to breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, account funds may be held pending referral to relevant authorities.

12.4 Reinstatement. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reinstated subject to identity re-verification and a mandatory cool-off period of 72 hours. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion may only be reinstated in accordance with clause 11.2. Accounts closed due to breach of Terms will not ordinarily be reinstated.

13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wa9999's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

13.2 Nothing in this clause shall prevent wa9999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the Company's rights or property.

14 Amendments

14.1 wa9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before they take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.

14.2 Continued use of the wa9999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14.3 The current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions.
